A hearty thank you to all participants for making the 2011 Deutsche Classic a successful event!  Your continued support and encouragement is the octane that fuels the passion to produce this all-German automotive event.

We sincerely want to thank our staff, show car judges and the food service staff from Conrad Weiser High School Music Association for all their hard work – 80 friends & family without which this event could never happen.  We also want to thank each and every-one of you, new and old, the greater Deutsche Classic family, for supporting the event!  There were 254 show cars, 45 parts vendors and 1300 participants.  You guys are awesome!

Historically, we’ve not been big car show guys, but given that German iron in particular is near and dear to our hearts, we decided to go check out this year’s Deutsche Classic, an annually held German car show (surprise) in Fleetwood, PA. And we’re glad we did. This year’s event – our first in attendance – was held under a clear blue sky and 80-something degree weather— a nice way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon by any measure. But it was also an enjoyable show— just large enough to have an interesting mix of cars on display, but small enough to feel regional and have a relaxed, laid-back vibe. Here is a small, decidedly non-comprehensive look at some of the cars that were there.

Awesome awesome show. Rearrange whatever it is your wife, girlfriend, mother, or domestic partner has planned for you and get to this show. It’s an awesome show in a great location - one of my absolute favorites.  Kevin

The Deutsche Classic is held annually on the second Saturday of July. The 2012 Deutsche Classic is scheduled for Saturday, July 14th at the Fleetwood Community Park.  We look forward to seeing you there!
