July 12, 2008 Deutsche Classic is mid-Atlantic's premier all German Automotive event, including vintage, classic and late model Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Opel, Porsche, and Volkswagen as well as the unique micro, mini and assembled cars.

The 4th annual Deutsche Classic will again be held at beautiful Fleetwood Park, conveniently located 2.5 miles off US Route 222 just minutes north of Reading, Pennsylvania. A special show area will be dedicated to DKW, Durnier, Goggomobil, Heinkel, Messerschmitt, NSU, Wartburg and other German micro/mini cars. German motorcycles are also welcomed for non-judged display

The beautiful rolling hills and deep German heritage of Berks County Pennsylvania make this the perfect location to enjoy the 2008 Deutsche Classic. The festivities will be held on Saturday July 12th at Fleetwood Park. be a part of the judged Car Show. Search the swap meet area for new and used parts and accessories. Shop for your next dream car at the car corral. Check out the new car and club displays. Saturday's events also include a tire toss competition and a Ladies in Jeans competition. Music will be provided throughout the event. You will enjoy a barbecued chicken dinner prepared especially for you. All activities, entertainment and food are included in the general admission of $15, so be sure to bring your family and friends. Swimming is available at the Fleetwood Community Pool, just across the creek.

A sampling of the unique vehicles at the 2007 show included a 1944 KDF E82 owned by Marlin Hanson, a 1962 Mercedes-Benz 300SL owned by Michael Casale, a 1968 Bungartz VW powered tractor owned by Clay & Mary Smith, a 1972 BMW 2002tii Touring owned by Bill Williams, and a 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster owned by Loren Hulber.

The 2007 Classic was the most successful yet wtih over 220 show cars. Attendees gave the show glowing reviews:
